I write nutrition plans tailored to your needs and your goals. Whether you have a gym membership, take a couple of yoga classes a week, or don’t work out at all, your diet and nutrition are KEY in shaping how your body looks.
You can make tons of progress and a visible change in your body composition by simply changing your diet. Especially if you only have a few weeks or months to make a difference, what you eat will determine how you look, no matter what you do (or don’t do) in the gym.
I sit down with each client and go over their eating habits, what they like and don’t like to eat, how much they eat, and what they would like to change about those habits. I help them create new and better habits, help them learn how to read nutrition labels and even help them grocery shop for squeaky clean foods!
I write each client a custom made plan for the next 12 weeks, and we monitor the changes and challenges that come with being on a new routine. Changes are made as needed, and all of my clients are welcome to call, email or text me with any questions concerning their diet.
I also provide my clients with counseling and educated opinions on supplements, the ingredients that go into certain supplements, and recommend my personal choices for the ones I find are the most effective, while being the most natural.
